At Trixel, every product is made with care and intention. Our return and refund terms vary by product type.

Forma Posters — Print on Demand
All Forma posters are printed and fulfilled on demand through our global partner, Gelato. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at studio@trixel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Limited Editions — Hand-Pulled Silkscreens
All limited edition silkscreen sales are final. Each piece is hand-pulled and one of a kind within its edition. If your print arrives damaged in transit, contact us at studio@trixel.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work with you on a resolution.

One of a Kinds — Original Artwork
All sales of original artwork are final. These are unique, irreplaceable pieces. If your work arrives damaged in transit, contact us at studio@trixel.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos documenting the condition and we will work with you on a resolution.
