Refund policy

At Trixel, every piece is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us at studio@trixel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We do not offer refunds for orders delayed by shipping carriers or customs.
